My professional qualifications include a Diploma in Freelance Journalism and Fiction I have also completed a Start Your Own Business course, a Higher Certificate in Business Studies, and a Diploma in Sales and Marketing.

During the course of my career to date I have had numerous articles, short stories, interviews and other material published. These include interviews with popular writers, articles about historical events, humorous essays, short fiction and novel writing. I have also worked on Festival programs and PR and Marketing literature. I also have a wealth of experience in the areas of satirical humor, sales letters, SEO writing and I have also worked as an events organizer and marketing writer for the annual Listowel Writers Festival here in Ireland.

In 2005 I was short listed for the Dunlavin Arts Festival short-story competition. Following this in 2006 my essay, Athenian Goddesses, won the Writers Week Originals humorous essay competition. Then from 2007 to 2009 I worked with the Listowel Writers Week festival as an Events Organizer and promoter of their annual world renowned literary festival. I have also written a novel and I am now in the process of completing my second.

Please be assured that I am highly flexible in my writing capabilities and although I am more experienced in some areas I am also willing to take on new challenges and will welcome any project that could expand my existing portfolio.
