I can offer a range of creative services.

In terms of illustration, I have had a number of editorial illustrations published in Ireland and abroad, worked as a storyboard artist on an award-winning CBeebies show, and have had a number of private commissions for portraits and worked on a number of personal projects. I work mainly in pencil, pen and ink and Photoshop, but also use Illustrator or watercolour and acrylic.

In terms of design, I have designed interactive storybooks for the iPad, designed, scripted and storyboarded Flash games for web, designed posters, flyers, leaflets, postcards, print advertising and have made a number of websites. I am familiar with a number of CMS’s like Joomla and WordPress.

I am particularly fond of working on editorial illustrations as you never know what is coming next and finding the visual answer to the article’s question is always an enjoyable challenge. The aspect of the challenge is something that really excites me about not just about illustration however, because I am someone who is constantly looking for new projects to push me. I always want to learn something from each project, be it how to visually tell a story through storyboards, develop original interactivity for an iPad book or develop new methods and techniques for making engaging illustrations.

I pride myself on the professionalism with which i approach my projects, to-ing and fro-ing with the client until we are both happy with the outcome. I believe it works out best for both of us if the client is happy and I strive within a project to make sure that I deliver that.

So, I would love to work on any projects that involve:
Illustration, Character development, Storyboards, Design for print or web and a lot inbetween.
