I am an independent HR Consultant based in Cork, with over 20 years experience in all aspects of HR from recruitment to redundancy.  I offer clients the support of a professional HR Department without the costs.  I work with clients to ensure that they are meeting all their legal requirements with regard to the employment and management of Staff.  As part of my services I offer support in the following areas of people management;  Contracts of employment, HR policies & procedures, Employment law support (Right Commissioners and Employment Appeals Tribunal support, NERA compliance and audit preparation, Recruitment Support, Personality assessments (16PF© and MBTI©), Staff attitude surveys and focus groups, Employee relations support, Work life balance review & implementation, Cost reduction, Outplacement support and executive career development support. I work on either a once off project basis or as a retained business partner. I am a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and have a MBS in Strategic Human Resource Management.
