User Experience (UX) Analyst and UX Designer with 5 years experience.
UX Analysis: I discover the usability issues that may be having a huge negative impact on your customer’s opinion of your website or software, or worse, preventing users from completing transactions or other tasks you thought your site was designed for. If desired I can also organise user-tests, which may validate the user interface and experience you’ve decided to implement or will show where your users fail to complete their goals because of bad usability.
With both processes I will provide a detailed report, prioritising the order in which the usability issues should be addressed, as well as providing suggested solutions.
UX Designer: I can provide fully fleshed out UX designs and accompanying artefacts such as persona, wireframes, storyboards or hi-fidelity mock-up’s. These can be used to ensure your developers/webmaster create a unique and rewarding user experience for your customers/visitors. I can also provide quality graphical imagery and style guidelines as well as CSS style sheets.

Availability: I currently work 9 till 5 on weekdays. I can however guarantee 2-3 hours work per weekday evening and 8-10 hours per day at the weekend. In the case where a project may need me full time, I will listen to reasonable offers of remuneration that will entice me to give up my current employment.
