If you are hiring staff then she can also help you with: Job Descriptions, Person Specifications, Job Advertisements, Screening of Applications, Chairing of Interview Boards, Reference checking and preparation of Contracts of Employment.
In all hiring situations Employers need to be aware of both Employment Law and Equality Law and this is where Mary can keep you out of trouble.
I am a Chartered Fellow of both Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). I am a former Board Member of Health and Safety Authority and often speak at their seminars as an expert.

The Company is based in Enniscrone but provides services nationwide (all 32 Counties).
