Typically I shy away from elance type sites as I’m sure many of you do however PeoplePerHour.com I think is the exception.
I found the site interesting as it’s UK based with a strong emphasis on freelancer and “home worker”. There is some potential for us Irish based freelancers, as you can see from the link below, a total of 94 (albeit Northern Ireland based).
